In 31 districts of UP, HLFPPT implemented condom social marketing program (CSMP) from April 2008 to December 2008. During the project period HLFPPT contributed over 18 million condoms and serviced over 41,159 outlets with condom in all urban towns and Villages up to population of 5000.

In II phase, CSM program was implemented in 54 districts of Uttar Pradesh that reached 1,15,995 outlets and contributed 85 million condoms sale from April 2009 to June 2010.

Phase III of condom social marketing project was implemented from July 2010 to June 2011 in 58 districts of UP. During the project period CSM program contributed 151 million condom sale through 1,97,837 outlets.

Phase IV of Condom Social Marketing program was implemented from July 2011 to June 2012 in 59 districts of UP during which period the project contributed 187 million condoms sale through 2,58,317 outlets.

Phase V of condom social marketing programme was implemented from December 2012 to December 2013 in 60 districts of UP. Under this program period CSM program contributed 211 million condoms sale through 3,15,537 outlets till October 2013.
